افتراضي Abu Bakr AL-Siddiq Mosque in Madina

Abu Bakr AL-Siddiq Mosque

It is north of AI-Musalla Mosque in the western side of Aridiya residential quarters
which was previously known as AI-Aridiya garden.
AI-Matari said "the mosques mentioned by Ibn Zabalah to be the locations where
the Prophet led Eid prayers comprised only AI-Musalla Mosque, the one north of it
known as Abu Bakr AI-Siddiq Mosque and a third big one to the north of AI-Aridiya
garden known as Ali ibn Abu Taleb Mosque."
The mosque obtained its present name because Abu Bakr AI-Siddiq, the first
Muslim caliph, led the Eid prayers at this mosque when he was the caliph.
The present construction of the mosque was made by the Ottoman Sultan
Mahmoud in 1254 H (1838 A.D.).

The places at which the Prophet prayed in AI-Manakha

Ibn Zabalah quoted Ibrahim ibn Omayah as saying, "The first Eid prayer the Prophet performed was at AI-Dous quarters near the home of Abu AI-Janoub. Then he prayed at the courtyard of the house of Hakeem ibn AI-Adda and after that consecutively used the house of Abdullah ibn Durah AI-Mazni, the house of Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Katheer ibn AI-Suit and finally prayed at AI-Musalla
Mosque.
Abu AI-Janoub's house was to the west of Bathan valley and Ibn Durah's house
was to the east of the valley and to the south of the present AI-Musalla Mosque.
It is clear that Abu Bakr Mosque and Ali ibn Abu Taleb Mosque were among the
locations in Manakha where the Prophet performed Eid prayers.
